There is an urban myth that there is mold in every Florida home, therefore every home buyer calls for a mold inspection report to be done before moving in. When purchasing a property, make sure to pay special attention to hot spots like Bathrooms, especially near showers and toilets; Windows, for leaks from rainwater, sprinklers and condensation from the Florida humidity, can all cause mold to form.

Not all mold is visible mold. It can hide within HVAC ducts, behind kitchen cabinets and baseboards. In that instance it is recommended that you seek a mold inspection to help determine your course of action.
